Welcome to my Home Page !

I am a Research Associate in the Computational Structural Biology Group under the leadership of Prof. Werner Braun. Our group is a part of the Sealy Center for Structural Biology which, in turn, belongs to the Department of Human Biological Chemistry & Genetics at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.

My research group and its computing machines are conveniently located in a quiet place called the Dockside Building separated from the rest of the campus by Harborside Street. Splendid isolation! Furthermore, Galveston is a coastal island located, as native Galvestonians say, near Texas ;) and connected to Dry Land by only two bridges. It has lots of sandy beaches, seafood restaurants and many other attractions; try Galveston Virtual Tour or Galveston Guide to see for yourself. Or better, come here in person, I personally guarantee nice weather.
